FGVAS Dropship Terms & Conditions

1.0 Fill in the Application Form

The applicant must complete the form provided by the company and send the application to the company.


2.0 Setting Product Prices

2.1 The company reserves the right to set the retail sales price and the distributor / dropship price of each product produced by the company from time to time.

2.2 The company reserves the right to make promotional sales and the distributor must follow the promotional price set by the company through the memo issued.

2.3 Distributors / dropship are strictly prohibited from altering such as decreasing or raising product prices without the permission of the company.


3.0 Clear and True Information

Dropship is strictly prohibited from giving incorrect information about the company's business system or products.

Each description should be based on the brochure supplied by the company only. The company will not be liable for any claim made by any party if it stems from the fault of the dropship giving information.


4.0 Refund Policy

4.1 There will be no refund due to change of mind.

4.2. Application for the Refund of an Item

Buyer may only apply for the refund of the Item in the following circumstances:

• The Item has not been received by Buyer;

• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

• Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong type of fertilizer, bottle, quantity, etc.) to Buyer;

• The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item;

5.0 Dropship Responsibilities

5.1 Dropship is required to participate in training organized by the company from time to time.

5.2 Dropship is prohibited from using the company's logo, name and copyright or intellectual property without any written permission from the company.

5.3 The dropship shall maintain the image of himself and the company from time to time.

5.4 The dropship shall receive all forms of general complaints regarding the company's products and services and submit the complaint directly to the company.

6.0 Minimum sale and termination of dropship appointment

6.1 Dropship agents must meet a minimum sales target of RM100 per month or equivalent to RM1200 per year.

6.2 If the dropship agent is unable to meet the set minimum sales target, the company reserves the right to review the appointment of the dropship agent and terminate the appointment as the company's dropship agent.


7.0 Eligibility of dropship agent

If any of the above terms and conditions are not complied with by the dropship agent, immediately the qualification will be disqualified as the company's dropship agent.
